During the course of a loan review, our financial institution specialists work closely with bank management in order to provide an accurate and beneficial review. Pre-review procedures include preliminary discussions with management to determine the review’s scope. Our goal for annual coverage is to achieve at least 50% dollar penetration of a bank's loan portfolio; however, coverage goals can be modified depending on the needs of the client. During each loan review, preliminary findings will be frequently discussed with loan personnel and management. Our loan review approach is designed to eliminate confusion and provide constant, timely, feedback.
Prior to a loan review's conclusion, exit meetings will be held. The exit meetings are designed to be primarily a recap. The draft report will be provided to and discussed with management. Any issues noted during the review, asset quality, and loan administration will be discussed.
